Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nursing Specialist to join our team at Leoforce. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Current valid nursing license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
  • 1 Year of experience in an acute hospital setting.
