Job Summary

RiverWoods Manchester is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct resident care in a team-focused environment, prioritizing the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform professional duties in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and standards of professional practice.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to formulate individualized resident care plans.
  • Assess and document changes in residents' physical or mental status, reporting findings to the primary care physician and treatment team.
  • Provide complete clinical data to facilitate decision-making.
  • Lead and direct direct caregivers, preparing daily assignments and delegating workload appropriately.
  • Establish positive working relationships with team members, residents, and family members to facilitate open, direct communication.
  • Obtain, administer, and document medications and treatments given to residents, following professional guidelines and Nursing department policies.
Requirements
  • Must possess a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited college, University, or nursing school.
  • Long-term care facility and specialized knowledge of nursing care of the elderly and rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
  • Must hold a registered nursing (RN, LPN) license within the State of New Hampshire.
  • Certified in intravenous administration preferred.
  • Must maintain CEU's annually.
  • CPR is required.
