The estimated salary for this position is $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Job Description

This Pharmacist Intern will work as part of Genoa Healthcare, a pharmacy care services company that's part of Optum and UnitedHealth Group's family of businesses. The primary responsibilities include distributing drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners, providing information to customers about medications and their use, and performing clerical duties such as filing patient records and processing insurance claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN A DOCTOR OF PHARMACY PROGRAM WITH THE FIRST PROFESSIONAL YEAR (P1) COMPLETED BEFORE START OF INTERNSHIP
  • ACTION AS A PHARMACIST INTERN IN STATE OF OREGON
  • ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE U.S. WITHOUT COMPANY SPONSORSHIP, NOW OR IN THE FUTURE, FOR EMPLOYMENT-BASED WORK AUTHORIZATION
