Job Title: Janitor/Maintenance Person

Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance Person to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Custodial duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing windows, changing wastebaskets, cleaning sinks and toilets, and cleaning coffee/food stations.
  • Maintenance work: painting, changing lightbulbs, hanging signage, and watering plants.
  • Additional responsibilities may include climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
