Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance Person to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities
  • Custodial Duties: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and washing windows.
  • Maintenance Work: Assist with painting, changing lightbulbs, hanging signage, and watering plants.
  • Additional Tasks: Clean coffee/food stations, sinks, and toilets, and change wastebaskets.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Climbing ladders and some heavy lifting may be required.
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off after 90 days.
