Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services is a pediatric behavioral health organization dedicated to providing diagnostic assessment, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, school readiness, and speech therapy support to children between the ages of 2-10 years old.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individual ABA programming for multiple cases
  • Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
  • Parent trainings and group supervision
  • Track data to identify areas for programming and behavioral changes
  • Monitor instruction to ensure the highest quality of care
Requirements
  • Ambitious and detail-oriented individual
  • Motivated to achieve excellent clinical results
  • Positive mental attitude and ability to contribute to a pleasant team environment
  • 3+ years of clinical training and experience in ABA therapy
  • Experience in one of the following areas: parent training, social skills instruction, data collection and analysis, computer coding, digital course curriculum development, and/or organizational behavior management
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to form close relationships with patients, families, and employees
  • Passion for serving special needs children between the ages of 2-22
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
