About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our properties, inside and out. This includes performing repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of apartments, common areas, and exterior spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, and basic drywall repairs
  • Conduct appliance repairs and maintenance
  • Perform common area and exterior maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet company standards
Requirements
  • Caring attitude and pride in work
  • Self-motivated and hard-working
  • High-energy and commitment to high performance
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in apartment maintenance or related field
  • HVAC certification preferred
  • Skilled in using power tools
  • Good people skills and friendly attitude
  • Basic technology skills with computers and tablets
  • Frequent need to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Good record keeping for work orders, parts orders, inventory, and service/tenant follow-up
