We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at Rapid Home Lending.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with warm leads and inbound inquiries, helping clients find the right mortgage solution for their needs, and guiding borrowers through the application and approval process.
You will work closely with leadership and processing to move files forward, build long-term client relationships, and grow your personal book of business.

Key Responsibilities- Connect with warm leads and inbound inquiries
- Help clients find the right mortgage solution for their needs
- Guide borrowers through the application and approval process

- Collaborate with leadership and processing to move files forward
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- NMLS License (preferred but not required—we'll help you get it)
- A competitive edge and positive attitude
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Willingness to be coached, trained, and pushed to succeed
