Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Analyst to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects, and filling organizational roles above an administrative level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Services: Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
  • Project Data Management: Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
  • Contract Review: Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements to ensure compliance and optimal terms.
  • Project Planning: Set up project and work breakdown structures to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Business Process Development: Establish and document business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Management: Track project budgets and expenditures, and monitor transaction controls and cost against budgets.
  • Budget Forecasting: Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions to mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential for data analysis and management.
  • Industry Experience: Previous oil and gas experience is highly valued, but not required.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
