Key Responsibilities- Groundskeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, including shop cleaning, road calls for oil spill clean up, parts pick up, and surrounding areas.

- Container Maintenance: Clean, prepare, and paint containers.
- Customer Interaction: Professional interaction with internal and external customers.
- Assistance: Assist in various lines of business, as needed.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including prolonged physical exertions, lifting, carrying, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Work Ethic: Self-starter, aggressive work ethic, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Safety Conscious: Safety conscious.
- Weather Conditions: Ability to work in various conditions with exposure to weather elements.
- Exposure: Possible exposure to high traffic conditions and/or tight driving areas.
- Waste Exposure: Exposure to residential and commercial waste.
- Flexible Hours: Ability to work flexible hours.
- Overtime: Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (if applicable).
- Pre-Employment Testing: Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.
- Language: Must be able to read and speak the English language.
