COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
In addition to the base salary range, certain provider roles may qualify for variable compensation based on health system pay practices.
This may encompass:
- Productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives.
- Bonus compensation or other forms of variable pay.

SALARY RANGE:
$250,000.00 - $300,000.00
The stated base salary range reflects a good faith representation of potential base pay for successful candidates. It may be adjusted in the future based on factors such as experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contractual agreements.
