Role Summary: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team under the guidance of the Maintenance General Manager. This role includes directing the daily operations related to the upkeep of facilities, grounds, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with contractors to establish project requirements and manage the execution of work, especially concerning electrical and refrigeration systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance and testing of power generators utilized within the facility.
  • Ensure all facility equipment is operational; schedule preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
  • Identify and procure materials, equipment, and supplies required for maintenance tasks. Allocate resources effectively across various projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess conditions, identify issues, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Manage the maintenance of equipment and materials; perform advanced repair and maintenance activities.
  • Supervise a team of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance personnel in tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, and other related systems.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
