**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Neonatal Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our intensive care unit. As a Neonatal Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting.
  • A valid RN license in the state of Texas.
  • BLS certification.
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification (RNC-NIC) preferred.

**Salary and Benefits:**

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85-$110 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive benefits, including paid time off, comprehensive health insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) matching.
