Compensation and Benefits

  • $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

This position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team in Level III NICUs with continuous MFM referrals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Level III NICU experience, be board certified, and possess strong neonatal pathophysiology knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in nursing or related field
  • Current certification as an NNP
  • Ability to work independently with solid clinical decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
