Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in implementing our strategic plan, programs, and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to the Chief Executive Director in driving organizational growth and success.
  • Oversee departmental operations, including program management, budgeting, human resources, and compliance.
  • Ensure the organization's financial systems and processes are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
  • Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to drive the organization's mission and vision.
  • Represent the organization in public forums and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Nonprofit Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a nonprofit.
  • Proven experience with non-profit grants, strategic planning, and public administration.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to drive financial strategy and overall business strategy.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization in public forums and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
