The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our transplant programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with pulmonary and renal transplant needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including medication management and procedural interventions
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our transplant programs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in pulmonary and renal transplant medicine
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Experience working in a transplant setting, preferably in pulmonary and renal transplant medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
