Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with pulmonary and renal transplant needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including medication management and procedural interventions
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our transplant programs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in pulmonary and renal transplant medicine
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
  • Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Experience working in a transplant setting, preferably in pulmonary and renal transplant medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
