Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to our Radiology team, ensuring excellence in patient care and services.
  • Collaborate with our Radiology Director and other department heads to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and departmental performance.
  • Oversee the management of our Radiology Department, including budgeting, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of excellence in clinical practice, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide the highest level of care to our patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our department's performance and patient outcomes.
Fiscal Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving departmental efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with our Radiology Director and other department heads to develop and implement plans for improving patient outcomes and departmental performance.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Program with current licensure as a Technologist with the ARRT or ARDMS.
  • Current NYS licensure (if applicable) in good standing, and/or BS in related field, i.e. Health Care/Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of recent pertinent and professional clinical management experience in a hospital, medical office, or other clinical setting.
