About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dialysis Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Dialysis Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive dialysis services to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and support patients on their treatment options, provide ongoing monitoring and assessment, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.

Job Description
This role involves working primarily in a clinic setting, conducting initial home visits, and collaborating with other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination. You will be responsible for preparing home supply inventory packages, monitoring equipment, and performing monthly chart audits to maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis principles and techniques.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing, with experience in hemodialysis preferred but not required. A graduate degree from an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN) and current state licensure are essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
