### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of all machinery, with a specific focus on Hansen equipment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the maintenance team in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Hamer equipment and other machinery.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
* Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
* Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance reliability and productivity.
* Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for the maintenance of Hansen equipment and other machinery.
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize disruptions and optimize equipment availability.
* Oversee the installation, inspection, and repair of new and existing Hansen equipment.
* Train and mentor maintenance staff on Hansen equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
* Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment history.

### Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, with specific expertise in maintaining and repairing Hamer equipment.
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and procedures.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in an industrial setting.
* Technical certification or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering is preferred.

### Preferred Experience

* 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Prior experience with Hamer gearboxes, motors, or other Hamer-specific machinery.
* Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software
