Role Overview:

The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth through effective territory management, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of outside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's market presence, grow the customer base, and increase revenue.
  • Set sales goals and quotas for the team, and track their progress toward achieving targets.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and to ensure team targets are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a sales manager, outside sales representative, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
