Cardiovascular Sonographer Opportunity
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our team at our Winter Park location. As a Cardiovascular Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing technical imaging procedures in accordance with AdventHealth standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cardiac and vascular imaging procedures on all patients
- Effectively communicate with team members, physicians, patients, families, and other departments
- Follow through with patient care before the procedure, including assisting patients with exam preparations, explaining exams to patients, and obtaining pertinent history from patients
- Keep accurate daily patient logs
Requirements:
- Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or Cardiovascular Sonographer educational program
- CPR/BLS certified
- Registered in both cardiac and vascular sonography: RDCS, RCS, or RCCS and RVT or RVS
