Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medication orders according to established policies and procedures.
  • Compound and dispense pharmaceuticals, including non-sterile and sterile products, chemotherapy, and parenteral nutrition products.
  • Issue controlled substances to patient care areas and maintain records as required by law and institutional policies.
  • Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel, verifying their daily activities.
  • Provide ambulatory pharmaceutical care services, managing patient drug therapy, anticoagulation management, and patient education.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required.
  • Pharmacy registration in the State of practice.
  • Must have pharmacy State licensure within 60 days of start date.
Work Schedule

Full-time position with a TBD work schedule.
