Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Server to join our team at North Pacific Management. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Interaction: Warmly greet and interact with guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Order Taking and Service: Take accurate orders and efficiently serve guests.
  • Menu Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our menu and be able to assist guests with their orders.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Complete shift checklists and maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.
  • Transactions and Inventory: Process transactions and handle cash accurately, as well as stock and maintain inventory of café and mercantile items.
  • Feedback and Communication: Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer experiences and develop genuine relationships with guests.
Requirements
  • Experience: Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required (on-the-job training provided).
  • Permits and Certifications: Food handler's permit and OLCC permit required (or ability to obtain them).
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Physical ability to stand for long periods (5-8 hours) and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
