Job Title: Construction Estimator - Project Cost Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in construction estimation, with a proven track record of accurately assessing project costs, materials, and labor requirements.

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and other resources.
Review blueprints, specifications, and project proposals to accurately determine project costs and potential issues.
Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely bids for projects.
Conduct site inspections to assess project scope, identify potential cost issues, and gather necessary information for estimates.
Ensure that all estimates are prepared in compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimation.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
