About the Role
As a licensed Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapist, you will be part of our team at Optum, a leader in behavioral care. You will work with patients to provide evidence-based treatments for mental health conditions, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.

Responsibilities
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
* Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
* Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
* Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications

Requirements
* Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
* Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in California

* Estimated salary: $49,300 - $92,610 per year
