Rashid Construction is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter with strong leadership abilities to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various building components, including walls, floors, ceilings, foundations, and roofs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install building components using various materials such as steel, wood, and concrete.
  • Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power tools.
  • Remove damaged components and replace them with accuracy using hand tools, machines, or power tools.
  • Ensure compliance with established safety rules and lead the team in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in carpentry and project management.
  • Ability to manage and train a team, delegate tasks, and lead projects.
  • Compensation and liability insurance provided.
  • Reliable transportation and own tools required.

Compensation:

The position will start as a 1099, with a pay range of $15-$35 per hour depending on skill set. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on project scope.
