Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Inspector/Loss Control Specialist to join our team at InsurSolv, LLC. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections to identify potential risks and hazards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive property inspections to gather data on physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions.
  • Document findings and recommendations in detailed reports, including photographs and unusual hazards.
  • Collaborate with our client companies to determine eligibility requirements for insurance coverage.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, setting your own schedule to accommodate client needs.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise reports.
  • Self-disciplined and organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of inspections and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and necessary equipment, including a digital camera, measuring wheel, and clipboard.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • VIITA Certification or experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, life safety, or property management.
