Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing management role, with a proven track record in a related industry.
  • Skills:
    • Extensive knowledge of end-to-end production planning processes. Capable of managing all stages of production planning, from initial scheduling through to final product delivery.
    • Skilled in managing material control systems and overseeing comprehensive logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow and cost-effective distribution.
    • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion. This includes excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications:
    • Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • Industry Experience:
    • Experience in the new energy or automotive battery sectors.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move around work sites:
    • Ability to walk, stand, and climb ladders or stairs.
