Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Process Sales Orders: Assist in processing sales orders and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare and distribute customer-requested sales reports.
- Coordinate with Departments: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales order processing, especially on new customer SKUs, product development trials, onboarding new customers, etc.
- Customer Complaints: Follow customer complaints through the system and aid in providing appropriate solutions or feedback.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Work collectively with sales and customer service to manage inventory and stock levels.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree in business, engineering, packaging, or food science preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office (strong Excel skills required) and CRM software, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, customer service-oriented with a positive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong time management skills, proactive and self-motivated, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, flexibility to work extended hours if needed, basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, ability to learn and adapt quickly, strong analytical skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, knowledge of inventory management a plus.
