About the Role:

GSK is seeking a skilled Data Science Engineer for Advanced Analytics to join our team. As a senior member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate clear objectives and execute on them to build high-performing products or services.
  • Mentor junior team members in code quality, standards, and best practices.
  • Contribute to open-source projects and stay up-to-date with modern ML architectures, platforms, and backend systems.

Requirements:

  • Graduate studies in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Life Sciences with a focus on AI/ML techniques, or undergraduate studies in Computer Science and equivalent work history.
  • 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning engineering.
  • Expertise in software engineering with advanced skills in Python and/or C++.
  • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other deep learning frameworks.
  • Breadth across the ML stack, and depth in at least one discipline.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
