Key Responsibilities:
- Organizes and directs departmental work by analyzing statistical reports on production, service time, and quality, along with direct customer interactions. Approves financial transactions within the scope of management authority.
- Assesses productivity and quality against established performance agreements, managing work activities and balancing departmental resources to meet or exceed expectations.
- Guides team members through effective management and coaching, ensuring clear communication of departmental goals and providing regular performance feedback.
- Identifies team members' potential and supports their skill development, creating a departmental education plan for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Work Environment:
