We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staffing and Customer Care Manager to join our team at FC Angels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, scheduling, and retention of caregivers, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Scheduling: Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit and retain high-quality caregivers, ensuring a consistent and reliable workforce to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Client Services: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through timely and effective communication, scheduling, and support.
  • Scheduling and Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling systems, ensuring seamless communication between caregivers, clients, and the management team.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze caregiver performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality of care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the highest level of care and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree and two years of experience in an office setting, preferably in private duty homecare.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) applications, scheduling systems, and other healthcare industry-related software.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, communicate clearly, and diplomatically with caregivers, clients, and their families.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm, and maintain a sense of humor, with a strong commitment to client service excellence.
