Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Scheduling: Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit and retain high-quality caregivers, ensuring a consistent and reliable workforce to meet the needs of our clients.
- Client Services: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through timely and effective communication, scheduling, and support.
- Scheduling and Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling systems, ensuring seamless communication between caregivers, clients, and the management team.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze caregiver performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality of care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the highest level of care and service delivery.
- Education and Experience: Associate's degree and two years of experience in an office setting, preferably in private duty homecare.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) applications, scheduling systems, and other healthcare industry-related software.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, communicate clearly, and diplomatically with caregivers, clients, and their families.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm, and maintain a sense of humor, with a strong commitment to client service excellence.
