RiverWoods Exeter is a leading provider of senior care services, seeking an experienced Senior Caregiver to join our team on a full-time day shift. As a Senior Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working directly with senior citizens and hold an active NH LNA License. A strong preference is given to candidates with relevant qualifications and skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $34,000 per year, including shift differential. Benefits include low staffing ratios, medical and dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with company match, and earned time off. As a Senior Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct care and assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
  • Assisting with mobility and functional nursing care, including transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit-stand lifts, Hoyer lifts, and whirlpool therapy.
  • Developing professional relationships with residents, family members, co-workers, and supervisors, promoting open communication based on mutual respect.
  • Assisting with assessments and treatment procedures, including TPRs, BP readings, weights, specimen collection, skin care, O2 stats, and O2 administration.
