The Greenbush - The Education Service Center is seeking a highly skilled Early Interventionist-Occupational Therapist to join our team at Russell Child Development Center in Southwest, KS. As a key member of our transdisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive and integrated support to families enrolled in the Infant Toddler Program.
Responsibilities- Screen and evaluate the developmental skills of children referred to the Infant Toddler program, adhering to all Part C requirements.
- Provide direct services and consultation to families, prioritizing goals set by the families.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and share evaluation information, planning for the service needs of families.
- Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) for each child, guided by Kansas Infant Toddler services.
- Assist families with family-related needs, such as appointments, education, and employment opportunities.
- Recruit families to the program through community partnerships.
- Provide services aligned with Kansas Infant Toddler Services' Mission and Key Principles.
- Demonstrate knowledge and implementation of current research-based practices in early intervention.
- Minimum of Kansas licensure or certification within the discipline.
- Valid Kansas driver's license.
- Preferred: Experience in special education settings and working with infants and toddlers.
