About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Health Division in Stewart, Houston, and Dickson County area. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized medical care to patients recovering from surgery or illness, coping with a difficult health challenge, or seeking end-of-life care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, and skin care, as well as assisting with dressing and undressing.
  • Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, as ordered by a supervising clinician.
  • Perform simple procedures, such as administering medication, as an extension of nursing services.
  • Report on patient condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse or case manager.
Requirements
  • State certification as a nurse aid.
  • Completion of training requirements and demonstration of skills competency.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Current CPR certification or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance.
