HR Generalist

FusionWorks is seeking a skilled HR Specialist to support our HR operations and enhance our recruitment strategies in Collinsville. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate human resource files, addressing employee queries, and assisting with the recruitment process.

• Maintain up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
• Provide timely support to employees regarding policies, benefits, and certifications
• Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting new hire orientation
• Coordinate performance reviews and ensure timely updates to employee records
• Act as a liaison between FusionWorks and external benefit providers and vendors
• Support the planning and organization of company events for employees
• Monitor and ensure timely payments of invoices

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Previous experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
