Key Responsibilities
- Human Resource Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, certifications, and other HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner
- Recruitment and Hiring
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Employee Onboarding and Development
- Conduct new hire orientation and training sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Schedule regular performance reviews to monitor employee progress and provide feedback
- Administrative Support
- Update employee records with any changes in employment status
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefit providers and vendors
- Assist with planning and organizing company events for employees
- Monitor invoices and ensure timely payments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Previous experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
