Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resource Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
    • Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, certifications, and other HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Employee Onboarding and Development
    • Conduct new hire orientation and training sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
    • Schedule regular performance reviews to monitor employee progress and provide feedback
  • Administrative Support
    • Update employee records with any changes in employment status
    • Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefit providers and vendors
    • Assist with planning and organizing company events for employees
    • Monitor invoices and ensure timely payments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
