About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Provider to join our team at Great Plains Tribal Leaders Health Board Inc. As a Medical Care Provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent patient care, including assessing health needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by any US State or Territory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
