As a vital contributor, you will help shape the future of Large Language Models (LLMs) for Enterprise Language Generation, empowering the NOW platform with AI capabilities that enhance the daily operations of our customers.
We are in the early stages of engaging with our initial customers and seek your expertise to develop a diverse array of solutions for our extensive base of over 9,000 enterprise clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Faced with real-world challenges and complex datasets, you will leverage your AI/ML knowledge and innovative thinking to apply established methodologies and create new solutions that address these challenges effectively and at scale.
Research and recommend suitable models and techniques, while also implementing, training, and evaluating these models independently.
Contribute to the design, development, and scaling of LLMs as a central AI-driven offering within ServiceNow's product suite.
Engage daily with a team of passionate developers, applied research scientists, product managers, and quality engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with product owners to grasp detailed requirements and take ownership of your code throughout the design, implementation, testing, and delivery phases, ensuring high-quality and impactful solutions for our users.
