  • Create and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), review submitted proposals, and provide recommendations.
  • Draft legal documents, financial Pro Formas, and project-related budgets.
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, reserving space, preparing materials, and ordering food.
  • Develop meeting notes and provide status updates to senior management.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all project activities.
  • Create and submit purchase requisitions as needed.
  • Keep senior management informed on project progress and any potential risks or delays.
Qualifications:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle a wide range of tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Yardi software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Government sector experience (nice to have, but not required).
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating honesty and integrity in all tasks.
Additional Information:

This is a contract role based in Detroit, MI. The candidate will work closely with the COO and senior management to ensure successful project execution.

Hourly rate: $65-75/hr. W2 depending on experience
