Key Responsibilities- Provide direct supervision and oversee the physical care of children in shelter
- Assist children in coping with separation from family using a trauma-informed approach
- Develop and implement daily activity schedules for children in shelter
- Assist with transportation of children to community activities and appointments
- Represent the Agency in the community and workplace in a professional and ethical manner
- Perform case management administrative support functions for the program
- Comply with unannounced observations by supervisors during shifts
- Actively participate in weekly staffing meetings to discuss ongoing caseload
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, oral, and written skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
