Admissions Counselor

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading higher education institution to find a skilled Admissions Advisor. As a key member of the admissions team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from students, providing clear and concise information about academic programs and admission requirements.
• Respond to emails and text messages from students, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide financial and academic advising, helping students navigate the complexities of higher education.
• Collaborate with students to discuss their academic achievement trajectory and develop strategies for success.
• Assist students with registering for classes and ensuring a smooth transition into their academic programs.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with students and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
