Nurse Specialist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to our adult and geriatric clients in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County.
As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing one-on-one care to clients in their own homes. You will be responsible for following a designated care plan, making home visits, administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and monitoring clients' conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey
