Requirements
  • Education - Possess a Bachelor's degree in social work or a human services field (or equivalent experience)
  • Regulatory Requirements - Have the ability to fulfill all regulatory requirements for employees of Child Welfare Agencies
  • Transportation - Have the ability to provide own transportation and meet the eligibility requirements for a case management position
  • Schedule Flexibility - Maintain a flexible schedule in response to program needs or caseload assignments
  • Cultural Competence - Have sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences in the community
