Overview:
UnityPoint Health is seeking a skilled RN to join our Wound Care Center team in Moline, IL. As a Clinical Coordinator RN, you will play a vital role in coordinating clinical activities, providing case management, and advocating for patients.

**Responsibilities:**

* Coordinates clinical activities of the Wound Care Center
* Provides case management to a group of patients
* Acts as patient advocate in delivery and coordination of patient care
* Prepares patients and assists providers with examination, treatment, and minor surgical procedures

**Qualifications:**

* Registered Nurse with current IL and IA license
* Must possess and maintain current CPR certification
