Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to precise instructions with accuracy and speed.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a surgical team.
  • Assist in preparing surgical teams and managing inventory for daily procedures.
  • Maintain meticulous records and comply with accreditation standards.
  • Conduct pre-operative and post-operative care.
  • Oversee circulating duties during surgical operations.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid RN license in California.
  • Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory.
  • Prior surgical experience in Ophthalmology is essential.
  • Exhibit energy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • **Cataract surgery experience is a prerequisite.**

This is a Part-Time position aligned with the surgical schedule, typically spanning Tuesday to Thursday, with one Friday each month.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $60.00.
