Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):
- Active CNA certification following the successful completion of a CNA training program.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Good physical health to assist patients and maintain mobility, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- A compassionate attitude towards residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personal care to residents under the guidance of a licensed or registered nurse.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, and recreational activities.
- Utilizing organizational skills to ensure smooth operations within the unit.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

Compensation:
Pay Scale:
$22 - $23 / Hour

Compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, scheduled work shifts, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
