Job SummaryAs a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching safe, effective, and fun group exercise classes to members and guests. You will motivate members to get involved in the group exercise program and help them attain and maintain their fitness goals through group exercise.
Responsibilities- Teach group exercise classes to members and guests
- Motivate members to participate in group exercise classes
- Help members attain and maintain their fitness goals through group exercise
- Represent the club's group exercise program in a professional and supportive manner
- Promote participation in group exercise classes and other club programs, events, and services
- Excellent teaching skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience teaching multiple class formats is a plus
- Current certification as a Group Exercise Instructor from an approved organization
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Competitive class rate of pay based on relevant experience
