Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Golf Equipment Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting company programs, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide genuine, helpful, and friendly service to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, and inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
  • Promote company programs, such as customer loyalty programs and warranty sales.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Golf industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally.
  • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time.

DICK'S Sporting Goods offers a competitive pay range of $12.50 - $19.50, depending on location, experience, and position offered. We also offer a generous suite of benefits, including paid leave requirements and a comprehensive benefits package.
