About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Park MGM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximizing sales opportunities, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate premium guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities
  • Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment aligning with visual merchandising standards
  • Sustain product availability
  • Report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
  • Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested
Requirements
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Currently holds or is able to obtain a TAM Card
  • Previous experience as a Retail Sales Associate
  • 6+ months of prior cash handling experience
  • Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • Experience in a similar resort setting
  • Has a flexible schedule
  • Polished appearance and presentability
  • Bilingual
